BUCKS BEST KEPT VILLAGE - LET'S GET TO WORK!

The Ivers Volunteers at Work champion Iver Heath for a win

'The Ivers Volunteers at Work' group have successfully entered Iver Heath into the Buckinghamshire Best Kept Village Competition 2019. You can view an information sheet covering details of the competition and judging criteria, as well as a useful map, by clicking on the blue text links.

We will be posting more information on this site as the preparations progress. Remember: all residents can play their own part - however small - in getting us ever closer to a 'win'. Either pick a 'feature' to help bring up to scratch or simply pick a patch near you.

If you haven't already seen it, have a look at the promotional poster. Do support this initiative by spreading the word and getting involved if you can.

MORE ABOUT THE IVERS VOLUNTEERS AT WORK

Out early on Saturday and Sunday mornings, volunteers are pictured here restoring footpaths and tidying verges along Church Road which is one of the areas that will be judged for the competition in July.

The team has our full support as we share the same objective of making our village an even more attractive place to live and be proud of.

Residents can see other improvements carried out by The Ivers Volunteers at Work by visiting the Albums section of the group's Facebook page, which also details when and where the next session will take place.
