IHRA's team of volunteers took to the streets of Iver Heath today for our annual participation in the national Great British Spring Clean initiative. It was great to see some new faces join the 'regulars', including youngest team member Guy, all of whom did a great job picking up litter from paths, verges and green spaces. A small mountain of rubbish bags filled to the brim was rounded up by Alec Moore and left for the council to collect.
Our thanks to everyone who participated, as well as to the Stag & Hounds staff who laid on refreshments for the tired, hungy and well-deserving litter-picking crew on their return.
