Supporting IHRA and Iver Heath's Best Kept Village Entry

It was great to see a team of volunteers from Pinewood Studios braving the great British Summer weather on Tuesday 4th June to litter pick the streets of Iver Heath in support of the village entry into the Bucks Best Kept Village 2019 competition.

The entusiastic pickers gave up a good couple of hours of their time to fill some twenty black bags with all sorts of rubbish from areas such as Pinewood Road, Church Road and Slough Road.

IHRA and Andy Thomas from the Ivers Volunteers at Work are most grateful to Pinewood Studios - and in particular Kathryn Maidment (Group Community Liaison) - not only for co-ordinating their litter picking event but also for the printing of all the promotional material for our entry. Our thanks too to John Colehan from 'ARC - A Reliable Creative Ltd' based at Pinewood for the design work which he did free of charge.
